What these terms cover
These terms cover the public AGS marketing website. They do not cover: the AGS hub firmware, the AGS Flutter app, the AGS-hosted cloud backend, beta hardware agreements, or any commercial purchase.
Where this site describes product features, roadmaps, pricing intent, or release dates, it is informational only and not a binding offer.
Intellectual property
The AGS brand, site content, images, screenshots, and layout are the property of the operator listed in the imprint, used under license, or used with permission of their respective owners (for example, Matter device photos).
Press assets linked from the press page (logos, fact sheet, app screenshots) are licensed for editorial and review use. Commercial reuse requires prior written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to attempt unauthorised access, submit automated traffic intended to degrade service, harvest personal data, or distribute malicious content.
Repeated abuse results in IP-level access restrictions at the Nginx layer and, where warranted, reports to the hosting provider.
Availability
The site is provided on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance or infrastructure work can cause short outages. There is no availability guarantee on the marketing website - guarantees for the product and the backend service are defined separately when those products are sold.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that content is accurate at every moment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country listed as the operator's principal place of business in the imprint. Disputes go to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection law.

We can update these terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Material changes are noted in the site footer for at least 30 days.
